IUCN is a democratic Union that brings together the world’s most influential organisations and top expertsin a combined effort to conserve nature and accelerate the transition to sustainable development. IUCN is the world’s oldest and largest global environmental organization. IUCN supports scientific research and manages field projects all over the world.

GLOBAL CENTER ON ADAPTATION

The Global Commission on Adaptation was launched in The Hague on October 16, 2018 by the 8th UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon. Established to measure the effects of climate change through technology, planning and investment. It includes 28 Commissioners representing all sectors of the globe and all sectors of development and industry.

Perry Institute for Marine Science supports a wide range of research that is helping protect our oceans.

The creation of the Monaco Scientific Center (CSM) in 1960 was motivated by the desire of Prince Rainier III, Prince of Monaco, and now Prince Albert I. CSM provides the means to conduct scientific research and support the action of governmental and international organizations responsible for protecting and conserving marine life.
